 * Strong Java development experience

 * Experience handling critical production incidents and major incident management.
 * Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
 * Expertise in AWS - EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), Lambda, VPC, Auto Scaling, Elastic Load Balancer (ALB/NLB), Route 53, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS (preferred)
 * Expertise in Application Support - Production Support (L2/L3), Incident, Problem, and Change Management, SLA & KPI Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Performance Tuning, Application Monitoring, Release & Deployment Support
 * Strong Knowledge in SQL / NoSQL Databases, Query optimisation & performance analysis.
 * Experience in Linux/Unix and Windows systems
 * Expertise in Shell Scripting/Python/Terraform
 * Expertise in Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
 * Strong knowledge in Monitoring and Logging - Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus
 * Knowledge in ITSM tools - ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, 24x7 production support environment
