This person configures complex solutions independently while partnering with non-technical stakeholders to define, articulate, and prioritize needs. Created to support FICO's Legal team, the role centers on our Salesforce-based Contract Lifecycle Management solution powered by Conga. Legal needs a trusted partner who can translate process challenges into well-architected solutions, write requirements, evaluate options, and guide work through agile delivery. In practice, this means owning tickets spanning technical configuration and business analysis: gathering context, facilitating conversations, drafting requirements, and bridging Legal's needs with the broader GTM Systems team. Success requires initiative, accountability, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Enthusiasm for AI tools, including Claude Enterprise, will set you apart.
