This role translates business strategy into actionable product roadmaps, system enhancements, and operational improvements, while ensuring solutions are reliable, scalable, and user-friendly. The Product Manager serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and end users, operating with increasing independence and accountability.
