À la croisée des télécoms, des réseaux et de l'informatique, tu accompagneras nos clients (PME et grands comptes) dans leurs projets au sein de l'équipe d'Encom.

Encadré(e) par nos équipes technique, tes missions évolueront progressivement :

 * Participation au déploiement, à la configuration des solutions et des machines clients.
 * Support clients (diagnostic et résolution d'incidents)
 * Accompagnement des utilisateurs
 * Participation à l'amélioration continue et à la documentation interne
