As a Lead, your impact will make a difference every day, we encourage you to take the initiative and own your role., * Establishing and managing the infrastructure, tools, and processes required to support our cloud platform, ensuring reliability, availability and security. * Owning platform and application security, including standards, controls, monitoring, and continuous improvement. * Enhancing, operating and maintaining our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. * Taking ownership of application deployment across development and production environments, including automation, reliability, security, and ongoing maintenance. * Steering technical decisions, fostering innovation, and maintaining code quality through reviews and engineering standards. * Leading the team by providing guidance, developing team capabilities and ensuring effective task allocation. * Driving secure and responsible AI-assisted engineering practices across the team. * Ensuring delivery of new features and effective support for internal and customer needs with an emphasis on customer service. * Facilitating communication with stakeholders, resolving issues, and fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. * Monitoring technology trends, emerging tools, security practices, and market developments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
