## About the Role

* Formation Bac+2/3 en informatique, réseaux/télécoms ou cybersécurité

 * 3 ans d'expérience minimum sur un poste similaire, idéalement en environnement multisite ou logistique

Connaissances générales attendues:

 * Windows 10/11,

 * Windows Server 2016+Linux (Ubuntu/Debian)

 * Solutions VoIP (3CX)

 * Virtualisation (VMWare/VSphere)

 * Réseaux (TCP/IP, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

 * Sécurité (Firewall, antivirus)

Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome, doté d'un bon sens de l'analyse, et vous aimez travailler en équipe

## Description

ColisExpat : Le e-commerce simplifie les achats en ligne mais peut limiter les livraisons selon les pays. ColisExpat offre une solution en fournissant des adresses de transit en Europe et aux États-Unis, permettant une livraison mondiale., Rattaché au Responsable Systèmes & Réseaux, vous êtes le garant du bon fonctionnement des infrastructures informatiques du groupe.

Vos missions incluent principalement:

 * Installation et maintenance des équipements informatiques (postes de travail, serveurs, PDA, imprimantes, balances…)

 * Support aux utilisateurs (diagnostic, résolution des incidents, suivi des tickets, escalade si nécessaire)

 * Gestion et administration des réseaux LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, Wi-FiCybersécurité et sauvegardes (pare-feu, antivirus, PRA…)

 * Suivi des prestataires IT (interventions, support, formation…)

 * Rédaction et mise à jour des procédures et de la documentation technique
