## Description

* Gather, analyze, and refine customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
 * Facilitate scoping workshops and translate business needs into actionable solutions
 * Conduct audits of client environments (configuration, performance, security, best practices)
 * Provide tailored recommendations to help clients maximize the value of Atlassian Cloud solutions, * Configure, deploy, and integrate Atlassian solutions based on client requirements
 * Ensure implementations follow Cloud best practices and standards
 * Produce clear deliverables (functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, documentation)
 * Deliver training sessions to end users and administrators

Engage & Support Clients

 * Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
 * Ensure clear communication and alignment on expectations
 * Contribute to high levels of client satisfaction through a proactive and solution-oriented approach
 * Identify opportunities for additional value and collaborate with Sales when relevant

Contribute & Grow

 * Participate in internal practices to develop your expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing
 * Maintain and develop your skills through continuous learning and certifications
 * Contribute to internal and external visibility (blog posts, webinars, events)
