## Description

Choisir STAR SERVICE, c'est choisir un cadre de travail permettant une formation complète et enrichissante destinée à l'évolution rapide de vos compétences techniques, relationnelles et comportementales., Garantir une qualité de service au client en vue de sa satisfaction ;

Gestion et suivi des incidents via l'outil de ticketing interne Magellan ;

Assurer le support de niveau 1 et 2 aux utilisateurs et un rôle de soutien et de facilitateur auprès des utilisateurs ;

Détecter, tracer, résoudre ou escalader et suivre jusqu'à la résolution des problèmes/demandes utilisateurs ;

Intervenir en proximité auprès des utilisateurs ;

Administrer et maintenir le parc informatique (matériel bureautique, serveurs sur sites, réseaux sur sites) ;

Administrer la gestion des droits et des habilitations utilisateurs ;

Déployer et Maintenir en condition opérationnelle les logiciels bureautiques et métier ;

Sensibilisation des utilisateurs sur la sécurité informatique et sur les règles de bonnes pratiques ;

Participation aux projets informatiques et aux projets de déploiement.

 - GLPI

 - Refonte des accès NTFS / DFS

 - Migration de serveurs bureautiques et RDS

 - Modification des réseaux (Switch, WIFI, …)
