 * Experience within the motor trade, transport, or HGV industry would be advantageous but is not essential.

## Description

Armstrong Vehicle Centre is seeking a highly organised and motivated ATF Administrator to join our busy and professional team in Longtown., * Manage all ATF (Authorised Testing Facility) bookings and appointments.

 * Liaise with customers, drivers, and DVSA representatives.
 * Prepare and maintain accurate vehicle testing documentation.
 * Ensure all administrative processes comply with DVSA procedures and company policies.
 * Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
 * Handle telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
 * Take payments and collect monies due from customers.
 * Provide administrative support to the workshop team.
 * Maintain customer databases and produce reports as required.
