Desirable: * IT support qualification or certification such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or ITIL Foundation. * Experience working within a hybrid Active Directory with Microsoft 365 environment. * Experience using a helpdesk or IT service management system. * Exposure to endpoint management, remote support tools, patching, antivirus or device deployment processes. * Experience supporting business-critical systems in a manufacturing or operational environment. ## Description IT Support Technician. The IT Support Technician supports the IT function in delivering reliable day-to-day technology services across the business. The role provides technical support to users, resolves hardware and software issues, supports Microsoft 365 services, prepares and deploys equipment, and assists with business systems administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
