## About the Role

* Proven experience in an IT support position with extensive customer-facing support responsibilities
 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
 * Experience supporting users both remotely and in person
 * CompTIA A+ Certification (or equivalent)
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Strong communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 * Willingness and ability to travel when required
 * Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing/service management system
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline (desirable)

## Description

* Provide critical IT support to business users, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations
 * Deliver desktop hardware and software support across a global user base
 * Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing management system
 * Support the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of end-user technology services
 * Contribute to innovation and development projects to enhance IT support delivery

Job Role Responsibilities:

 * Configure, deploy, image, and upgrade desktop and laptop hardware
 * Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and standard desktop packages
 * Monitor systems and respond to Service Desk incidents and requests
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues both remotely and onsite
 * Liaise with third-party maintenance providers when required
 * Provide high levels of customer service and technical support to end users
 * Support emergency response activities outside normal business hours when required
 * Travel to other office locations to provide onsite technical support as necessary
