## About the Role

* Part-qualified/qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience
 * Track record in management accounting and/or finance systems, including hands-on Dynamics 365 and Jet Reporting
 * Some experience managing or mentoring junior staff
 * Strong Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query); Power BI knowledge a plus
 * Solid grasp of management accounts production and month-end close

## Description

* Administer the finance/ERP system ( Dynamics 365), including access, controls and configuration; own chart of accounts and master data integrity across entities
 * Lead system upgrades, integrations and automation projects, liaising with IT and vendors
 * Produce accurate, timely monthly management accounts and board reporting packs; maintain reporting templates and dashboards
 * Support statutory accounts prep and audit queries; retain ownership of end-to-end payroll
 * Drive process efficiency and standardisation across the management accounting function
 * Present monthly results to budget holders alongside FP&A, and build strong stakeholder relationships
 * Line-manage two direct reports
