## About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in IT support, customer service, technology or a recent technical qualification who wants to develop their career within a fast paced and varied environment., * Strong problem solving ability and logical approach to troubleshooting.

 * Confident communication skills with the ability to support customers professionally.
 * Good organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 * Comfortable learning new technologies and systems.
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable:

 * Experience using ticketing or service management systems.
 * Exposure to workplace technology, collaboration tools or hardware support.
 * Technical qualifications or relevant training.

## Description

* Provide first line technical support to customers through telephone, email and remote support tools.
 * Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring problems are managed through to completion.
 * Log, update and maintain accurate records of support cases.
 * Communicate clearly with customers throughout the support process.
 * Assist with system checks, preventative maintenance and technical improvements.
 * Support senior members of the technical team with more complex issues.
 * Maintain documentation and contribute ideas to improve service delivery.
 * Work collaboratively with colleagues, customers and external partners.
