## About the Role

* Strong commercial experience developing with C# and .NET.
 * Experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript.
 * Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
 * Good knowledge of relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
 * A solid understanding of software engineering principles, testing and maintainable code design.
 * Experience working within Agile development environments.
 * A degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline), or equivalent commercial experience.

## Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of a next-generation software platform, working with modern technologies including .NET, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL. You'll help shape technical direction, contribute to architectural decisions, and deliver high-quality software that solves complex real-world challenges.
Working alongside experienced Software Engineers, Architects, Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact while continuing to develop your own technical expertise.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Design and develop modern web applications using C#, .NET, React and TypeScript.
 * Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using PostgreSQL.
 * Contribute to software architecture, technical design and engineering best practices.
 * Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
 * Participate in code reviews and mentor other developers where appropriate.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer-focused solutions.
 * Drive continuous improvement across development processes, tooling and platforms.
 * Work within Agile development practices using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

You'll be a passionate software engineer with strong commercial experience and a desire to build high-quality solutions using modern technologies.
