You will turn operational data into insight that helps the warehouse run smoothly and safely. You'll report to the Warehouse Planning Manager and work with the Warehouse Operations, Retail Supply, Retail Analytics and Planning teams. You will have no direct reports but will be the data expert for the warehouse., Develop Power BI dashboards that support daily decision-making across the warehouse. * Analyse operational performance data and metric to identify trends and improve. * Help implement new replenishment systems, ensuring data accuracy, testing logic and supporting rollout. * Provide data insight for major warehouse projects, including range and space expansion, layout changes and operational downtime planning. * Monitor daily KPIs and highlight issues early to minimise disruption to service levels. * Work with operational teams to understand challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions. * Improve data quality by identifying gaps, inconsistencies and process issues which should reduce manual tasks., You will give you hands-on experience with the data that inspires a modern retail supply chain.
