## About the Role

* Customer support: 1 year (preferred)

## Description

Due to continued growth in US markets, Booking Online Ltd is looking to expand our customer service team to join our Manchester-based, award-winning business.

Our support team is known throughout our sector for delivering the best possible customer service while acting in the business's best interests. This is reflected in our stellar customer service record and frequent 5-star testimonials.

Requirements:

 * This is an office-based role in Bury centre
 * You must be able to communicate fluently.
 * The hours are designed to support our growing client base.
 * Shift patterns split between our trading hours of 9.00am to 9.30pm.
 * You will be expected to provide exemplary customer support, by resolving queries that may be of a technical nature.
 * You will be confident using technology.
 * You will be excellent at handling enquiries over the phone, via online chat, social media and e-mail.
 * Knowledge of working with Freshdesk a plus

Whilst we are a tech company, you don't need to know how to code, but a willingness to learn some basics is helpful - and we'll ensure you have all the tools and training you need to succeed.
