Reasonable adjustments will be considered for candidates who may require them, in line with the Equality Act 2010 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent qualifying experience will also be considered, * Do you have experiencing in supporting hardware and software for internal end users? * Do you have experience in troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on computers, printers and other peripherals, including desk phones and site Wi-Fi? * Do you have experience in installing, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 11, Apple macOS, Microsoft Office, and other authorised applications? * Are you able to develop, configure, and deploy enterprise desktop and laptop images?
