Required technical and professional expertise Demonstrable experience as a Functional Tester within enterprise systems * Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite, specifically Maximo v9 * Solid understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, SIT, UAT) * Experience writing structured test cases and executing manual testing * Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g. Jira, HP ALM) * Ability to interpret business and technical requirements into test scenarios * Experience working in secure, regulated, or Defence environments Preferred technical and professional experience * Experience with Maximo integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) * Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Selenium or similar) * Knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies * Understanding of ITIL processes and asset lifecycle management * Previous experience working on Defence or government programmes IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
