Desirable Skills: * Finance / HCM or equivalent background. * Comfortable discussing technical issues with business stakeholders and business issues with technical teams. * Ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences. * Adept at crafting compelling messages and tailoring them for a given audience, combining technical expertise with simple, everyday language to deliver a story. * Demonstrated business domain and/or industry knowledge. * Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and with clients. * Effective cross-functional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrated leadership and self-direction. * Experience in consulting or professional services or equivalent. ## Description Role: As a Workday HCM Consultant (Manager), your role will involve contributing to the planning, execution, and successful delivery of data migration activities related to the implementation of Workday HCM. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate, timely, and secure transfer of financial data from legacy systems to Workday, supporting the broader technology and business transformation agenda.
