Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Change-Management Fähigkeiten
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office Paketen
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Unterstützung der IT-Leitung und der IT-Projektmanager bei der Koordination, Überwachung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten sowie bei der Durchführung des Projektcontrollings
Überwachung des Projektfortschritts hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität und Zeit
Steuerung und Kontrolle des gesamten Projektportfolios sowie Unterstützung bei der Projektbudgetplanung und des Forecasts
Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung standardisierter Projektmanagement-Methoden und Prozessen inkl. Sicherstellung der Umsetzung
Erstellung und Pflege von Guidelines und Templates
Ansprechpartner für alle Projektmanagementthemen, übernimmt eine beratende Funktion im Falle von Problemen in Projekten/ Programmen
Operative Administration, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des ServiceNow SPM Moduls
