Abgeschlossenes (Wirtschafts-) Informatikstudium bzw. einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung oder eine abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker*in in Systemintegration) mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung sowie

## Description

* Betrieb & Administration: Sie verantworten die Microsoft-365-Umgebung u.a. Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID sowie den Microsoft Copilot. Zudem setzen Sie User-, Identitäts- und Lizenzmanagement von Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte um und sind zuständig für die Erstellung sowie Pflege von Betriebs-, Sicherheits- und Nutzungsdokumentationen.
 * Support: Sie bearbeiten 2nd- und 3rd-Level Tickets und übernehmen den IT-Support inkl. Dienstleisterkoordination.
 * Technische Beratung: Sie unterstützen Fachbereiche bei Projekten z. B. im sinnvollen Einsatz von M365- und KI-Funktionen.
