 * Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills to guide and inspire the development team
 * Strong project management abilities to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables

## Description

* Responsibility for the technical implementation and continuous development of a business-critical application in an international environment
 * Leadership of internal and external development teams
 * Ensuring architectural consistency in coordination with solution architects
 * Further development of engineering excellence and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and auditable software delivery
 * Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (product owners, architecture, QA, product, operations) for seamless end-to-end delivery processes
 * Ensuring complete, compliance-compliant development documentation
 * Position requires regular travel to Teams in Germany, Italy and US
