 * Curiosity about cloud-native development, distributed systems and AWS.
 * A quality and security mindset, with attention to clean, maintainable and reliable code.
 * An interest in complex financial workflows and the motivation to learn quickly.
 * Clear communication skills, a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

## Description

* Contribute to the development and evolution of business-critical clearing and settlement services using Kotlin, Java and Spring Boot.
 * Work closely with experienced engineers in cross-functional teams, learning agile practices, Domain-Driven Design, code reviews, automated testing and continuous delivery.
 * Learn to build and operate cloud-native applications on AWS, including containerised services on ECS and event-driven workloads on Lambda.
 * Support reliable delivery and operations through infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, observability and monitoring.
 * Write clean, secure, well-tested and maintainable code, with guidance and regular feedback from the team.
 * Contribute to delivering valuable, resilient and compliant financial workflows to production.
 * Develop your engineering skills and contribute to the team's culture of quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
