 * Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, absolute Vertraulichkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen und eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine Reisebereitschaft von ca. 25 % runden dein Profil ab.

## Description

* Du führst selbstständig Audits durch, bewertest IT-Prozesse und -Systeme innerhalb der Unternehmen der Schwarz Gruppe hinsichtlich der Einhaltung interner und externer Compliance-Vorgaben und deckst systematisch Risiken auf.
 * Du prüfst interne Kontrollsysteme unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen (MaRisk, DORA, NIS2) sowie gängiger Standards wie z. B. ISO 27001.
 * Du identifizierst Sicherheitsrisiken mittels moderner IT-Prüfprogramme sowie Audit-Software und beurteilst dabei die Angemessenheit und Wirksamkeit von Kontrollen und Prozessen.
 * Du erarbeitest Lösungen sowie Empfehlungen, erstellst präzise Revisionsberichte und präsentierst deine Ergebnisse direkt vor dem (Top-)Management.
 * Du konzipierst gemeinsam im Team neue Prüfvorgehen in den Bereichen IT-, Cloud- und Cyber Security und begleitest Projekte zum Ausbau unserer Security-, Automatisierungs- und Regulatorik-Kompetenzen.
