## Description

* Konzeption und Umsetzung der Abläufe des Incident-, Change- und Problem-Managements in der Abteilung
 * Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem IT-Service Management der gesamten Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft
 * Beratung der Auslands-Einrichtungen der Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft hinsichtlich des Diensteangebotes, der IT-Anbindung sowie der IT-Sicherheit
 * Planung und Realisierung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherung der Zugänge der Auslandseinrichtungen in Abstimmung mit der IT-Sicherheitskoordination und dem Fraunhofer NOC sowie Mitarbeit in der Clearingstelle "IT-Auslandsanbindung"
