## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens 2 SAP Modulen, idealerweise im Bereich Logistik/Manufacturing (z.B. QM, EWM, MM, PP, etc.) in S/4 und ECC

 * Sehr gutes Verständnis von ITIL-Prozessen und Service-Management Strukturen

 * Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Stakeholdern

 * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

 * Sehr gute Englisch (mind. B2)- und Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift

Wünschenswert:

 * Erste Führungserfahrung

 * SAP Schulungen und Zertifizierungen

 * ITIL Zertifizierung

## Description

* Fachliche Leitung und Steuerung der SAP AMS Services ( z.B. Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Release- Management)

 * Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der SAP Systeme (Sicherstellung SLAs, KPIs und Compliance Vorgaben)

 * Koordination und Steuerung interner Teams und Dienstleister

 * Analyse von Störungen, Durchführung von Root Cause Analysen und Ableitung nachhaltiger Maßnahmen

 * L2 Support in 2 SAP ERP Modulen (Logistik/Manufacturing)
