## Description

* Sie sind für die zielgruppenspezifische Entwicklung von Training Services zu Themen aus dem Bereich Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz (Handwerk und Industrie) für das Firmen- und öffentlich geförderte Geschäft zuständig
 * Dazu gehört die methodisch-didaktische und inhaltliche Konzeption von Lerninhalten (E-Learning, Blended Learning und Präsenzseminare)
 * Sie übernehmen die Produkt- und Statuspflege von bestehenden Konzepten und sind für die Beauftragung und Steuerung von Contententwicklung für unsere Lernangebote zuständig
 * Sie betreuen unsere externen Autoren bis hin zur fachlichen Freigabe der Inhalte
 * Sie verschaffen sich einen Überblick über Marktentwicklungen und stehen im engen Austausch mit unseren Stakeholdern
 * Nicht zuletzt übernehmen Sie eine vertriebsunterstützende Beratung zu den Entwicklungen
