## Description

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams Business Master Data Governance & Operations innerhalb der Abteilung Geschäftsprozesse & Systeme
 * End-to-End-Verantwortung für Kunden- und Produktstammdatenprozesse: Definition, operative Durchführung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
 * Sicherstellung der fristgerechten, qualitätsgesicherten Anlage und Pflege von Kunden- und Produktstammdaten im SAP
 * Etablierung, Steuerung und Nachhalten von Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Qualitätskennzahlen und Durchlaufzeiten
 * Steuerung von Prioritäten bei konkurrierenden Anforderungen aus Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktmanagement, Operations, Finance und weiteren Funktionen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams SAP, Salesforce, Pricing Governance & Prozessen um End-to-End Prozesse sicherzustellen
 * Weiterentwicklung der Stammdatenprozesse mit Fokus auf Standardisierung, Effizienz und Datenqualität
 * Sicherstellung von transparenter Kommunikation, Dokumentation und nachhaltigem Know-how-Aufbau im Team
