* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Sichere SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Praxiserfahrung im Tagesgeschäft

 * Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit im Austausch mit mit Projektleitung und Geschäftsführung
 * Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
 * Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Ihre Aufgaben

 * Anlage und Pflege von Projekten sowie Kostenstellen im ERP-System
 * Erstellung und Überwachung von Projektbudgets inkl. Soll-Ist-Vergleichen
 * Prüfung, Kontierung und projektgenaue Zuordnung von Eingangsrechnungen
 * Erstellung projektbezogener Ausgangsrechnungen nach Meilenstein oder Leistungsfortschritt
 * Monatliches Projekt-Reporting (Marge, Deckungsbeitrag, Forecast, Abweichungsanalysen)
 * Erstellung von Kosten- und Erlösprognosen auf Projektebene
 * Enge Abstimmung mit Projektleitung und Geschäftsführung bei Budgetabweichungen
