* Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker*in) oder vergleichbare praxisrelevante IT-Qualifikationen
 * Berufserfahrungen im 1st und 2nd Level Support/ Help Desk Bereich
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen, idealerweise Atlassian Jira
 * Praktische Erfahrungen mit Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint sowie Ubiquiti-Unifi-Systemen
 * Freude an der Arbeit im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und im direkten Kontakt mit Anwender*innen
 * einen Führerschein (min. Klasse B)
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C1)
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

## Description

* Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Anwender*innenanfragen sowie strukturierte Analyse und Dokumentation von Störungen
 * Regelmäßige Kontrollen und Überwachung unserer IT-Infrastrukturkomponenten
 * Unterstützung unserer Kolleg*innen vor Ort in Projekten, in der Landesgeschäftsstelle sowie remote
 * Selbstständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lösungen im IT-Alltag
 * Aufbereitung und Bearbeitung komplexer Fragestellungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Windows-11-Arbeitsplätzen und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Anwender*innen-Support rund um Microsoft 365 (z. B. Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office-Anwendungen)
 * Bearbeitung von Hard- und Softwareanfragen sowie Ticketbearbeitung im internen Ticketsystem
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen sowie Pflege unserer internen Wissensdatenbank
