* Beratung von Kunden bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Salesforce-Lösungen sowie Begleitung der Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
 * Durchführung von Workshops und Anforderungsanalysen sowie Entwicklung von Solution Designs für Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Serviceprozesse
 * Fachliche Steuerung und Unterstützung von Consultants im Service- und Projektumfeld sowie Sicherstellung der Lösungsqualität
 * Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Identifikation neuer Beratungs- und Projektpotenziale
