You can quickly grasp complex technical concepts and tailor them for various target audiences from cloud engineers to business stakeholders. * Strong Communication: You are a team player with excellent moderation skills. With us, you will work at the intersection of agility and security: You will benefit from fast decision-making processes, enjoy genuine creative freedom in your projects, and be able to build upon the stable foundation of the Schwarz Group.Your Tasks * Vision & Strategy: You define and keep up to date the long term vision and strategy for one managed database product, taking into account current market demand, customer requirements, and the overall STACKIT and DBaaS vision and strategy. * Operational Support & Backlog Refinement: You work hand in hand with the Engineering Manager to technically refine and prioritize the product backlog for the database service, making it transparent and actionable for the engineering team at all times. * Requirements Management: You translate complex cloud infrastructure and enterprise database requirements into precise technical user stories and define clear acceptance criteria that serve as a reliable basis for delivering highly available database instances. * Interface Management: You communicate the team's successes to the outside world.
