## About the Role

* Previous experience in similar role is vital
 * Strong O365 experience
 * Onboarding of new starters with Login's, Hardware and tech support
 * Extensive Active Directory
 * Ability to troubleshoot network issues remotely
 * PC & Laptop building to specification
 * Hardware support of Printers and other hardware products

## Description

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for:

 * Providing both 1st and 2nd Line Support to users both remotely and face to face
 * The onboarding of all new employees from an IT perspective, getting their logins set up in active Directory and O365, providing them with their Laptop's or PC's built to spec
 * Assisting the wider IT team in the delivery of business critical projects including software upgrades and rollouts
 * Traveling to sites in order to provide proactive maintenance and upgrades to both hardware and software
 * Assisting in the tracking and recording of the companies infrastructure assets to ensure that infrastructure and data is kept secure at all times
