In this role, you will work within established operational frameworks to manage day-to-day sprint mechanics, maintain project board hygiene, monitor release readiness, and administer key departmental workflows. Operating with functional autonomy, you will act as a key operational anchor for Department Leads and Project Delivery Leads, taking full ownership of recurring operational objectives and cross-functional coordination., * Agile Sprint Execution & Board Hygiene: + Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate recurring agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions. + Own Jira board hygiene across teams; process ticket modifications, resolve unassigned items, manage field updates, and clean up inactive issues prior to planning sessions. + Track sprint action items and verify ticket readiness against defined operational criteria to support smooth cycle execution. * Release & Dependency Coordination: + Coordinate routine release checklists, track go-live dependencies, and escalate release risks to delivery leadership. + Maintain active issue logs and track cross-functional operational dependencies across active projects. * Program & Financial Compliance Administration: + Track milestone completion for active initiatives and gather necessary documentation for CapEx and OpEx financial traceability. + Coordinate monthly operational expenditure (OpEx) logging, capital submission tracking, and team time-logging compliance against target deadlines. * Access & Knowledge Base Management: + Manage team access workflows, triage incoming operational request queues, and coordinate platform permissions across core data systems. + Maintain the Data Services wiki and Confluence spaces by structuring new operational documentation and archiving outdated materials. * Vendor & Administrative Support: + Administer the vendor renewal pipeline by tracking contract milestones, routing modification requests, and scheduling vendor alignment sessions. + Coordinate departmental logistics, operational updates, and team culture-building activities.
