## About the Role

Gallatin Ford and Gallatin CDJR are looking for a motivated Entry-Level IT Technician to support our growing dealerships. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of IT experience or a recent graduate looking to build a career in information technology.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, organized, eager to learn, and enjoys solving technical problems. If you have a strong foundation in IT, we'll help you continue to develop your skills., * 1-2 years of IT support experience or recent IT graduate

 * Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows PCs and hardware
 * Basic understanding of networking concepts
 * Experience with software installation and troubleshooting
 * CCTV experience is a plus, but not required
 * Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
 * Valid driver's license preferred, * IT support: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

 * Gallatin, TN 37066 (Preferred)

## Description

* Troubleshoot and support PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
 * Perform hardware repairs and equipment setup
 * Diagnose and resolve software issues
 * Assist with basic network troubleshooting
 * Set up user workstations and peripherals
 * Provide excellent customer service to dealership employees
 * Help maintain and organize IT equipment and inventory
 * Assist with other technology-related projects as needed
