## About the Role

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
 * Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
 * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Willingness to travel and provide on-site support as needed.
 * Proficiency in network configuration and support
 * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, experience with Toast POS, NCR Aloha POS, Raydiant digital menu boards, Crunchtime inventory management software is desirable.
 * Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.

## Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our technology team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting various software systems and hardware support for restaurant locations along with setting up all IT items for new restaurants., System Support and Troubleshooting:

 * Provide technical support for point-of-sale systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the sales and inventory management system.
 * Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including user management and license administration.
 * Handle hardware and software support requests from restaurant locations and main office, including diagnosing and fixing issues with email, networking, computers, printers, and other equipment, etc.

Customer Service:

 * Respond promptly to support requests from restaurant locations, ensuring excellent customer service.
 * Maintain clear and effective communication with staff to resolve issues efficiently.

On-call & Travel Support:

 * Be available to address urgent support issues during nights and alternative weekends.
 * Travel to restaurant locations as needed to provide on-site support.
 * Travel to Texas as needed to assist with IT projects.

Documentation and Reporting:

 * Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
 * Document troubleshooting processes and create user guides as needed.
