## Description

We're looking for an Associate Director of Software Engineering who will take ownership of the technical health and direction of multiple key digital marketing platforms (i.e. E-commerce, analytics, and subscriptions). This leader will guide a team of engineers toward technical excellence, setting clear standards, driving smart architectural decisions, and delivering reliable, scalable solutions. Beyond strong execution, this role is about building technology with purpose: creating tools and platforms that further our mission of bringing hope to people in every walk of life., * Lead, coach, and develop team of software engineers, creating an environment where people are challenged, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

 * Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and invest in the professional growth and career development of your team.
 * Own the technical direction, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of digital marketing tools and platforms, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with business priorities.
 * Partner closely with Product, UX, and business leaders to shape roadmaps, make strategic tradeoffs, and deliver meaningful customer impact.
 * Drive engineering excellence by championing best practices in software development, architecture, testing, deployment, security, and DevOps.
 * Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence through effective processes, metrics, and team collaboration.
 * Make thoughtful technical decisions that balance innovation, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and speed to market.
 * Collaborate across teams to improve platform performance, strengthen engineering standards, and help scale the organization's technical capabilities.
