Identity & Access Administration * Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID. * Support authentication technologies including MFA, Conditional Access, and role-based access controls. * Assist with access reviews and identity governance processes. Infrastructure Support * Provide operational support for Windows Server environments, file services, printing, and core infrastructure systems. * Assist with network troubleshooting involving switching, wireless connectivity, VPN access, and firewall-related issues. * Participate in backup monitoring, disaster recovery testing, and system maintenance activities. * Support server patching, upgrades, and infrastructure improvement initiatives. Security & Compliance * Support cybersecurity controls and endpoint security initiatives. * Investigate and document security alerts and operational risks. * Participate in audit preparation, compliance activities, and policy enforcement. * Assist with vulnerability remediation efforts.
