Responsibilities IT Support * Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, monitors, phones, and other office equipment. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, internet, and connectivity issues. * Provide technical support to employees for common technology issues. * Install software updates and assist with maintaining office technology. * Coordinate with third-party IT vendors for advanced technical issues. * Maintain inventory of computers, peripherals, and office technology. AI & Technology Support * Assist with implementing and optimizing AI tools to improve office efficiency. * Research emerging AI platforms and recommend practical solutions for the practice. * Help staff utilize AI applications such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other productivity tools. * Create and maintain AI prompts, templates, and simple automation workflows. * Identify repetitive tasks that can be streamlined through automation. * Stay current on new technology trends and recommend improvements that increase productivity.
