Preferred Qualifications * CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certifications. * Experience with automated deployment tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune / Autopilot). * Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice). In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for local and remote employees needing technical assistance.
