## Description

Inter-Quest is looking for an entry-level help desk / customer service specialist to provide support for our wide range of clients, while also working within our new esports division. This position is Friday through Tuesday, with a requirement to be in the office., Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

 * Answer and route incoming phone calls
 * Work entry-level IT help desk tickets
 * Triage, schedule, document, and manage support requests
 * Assist customers with basic computer repair services
 * Provide support for esports customers, including account creation, membership setup, payments, and general assistance
 * Support esports programs, events, and tournaments as needed
 * Assist with content creation and posting on social media platforms
 * Work within Microsoft 365 and other cloud-based environments
 * Perform basic inventory management and organization
 * Troubleshoot a variety of computer hardware and software issues
 * Follow established procedures and provide excellent customer service
 * End of day closing of building
 * Perform other duties as assigned

No advanced IT experience is required; a strong desire to learn and develop technical skills is essential
