Preferred * IT certifications such as CompTIA Server+, A+, Microsoft 365, Azure, or relevant Microsoft MCP/MCSA certifications. * Experience with cloud technologies, network storage, or mobile device management (MDM). * Familiarity with industrial operations or multi-site support environments. * Experience with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, batch scripts, etc.)., * Excellent Written and Oral Communication * Attention to Detail * Team Player * Creative Problem Solving JOB DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT * Frequent walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods. * Occasional lifting and moving of equipment up to 25 lbs. * Ability to work in industrial environments, including exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, and potential environmental hazards. * Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. * Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines, analyze operational challenges, and make high-stakes decisions. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments * Travel required, including overnight stays as needed ## Description The Systems Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting SES's server, software, and hardware infrastructure. This role ensures that critical systems remain operational, secure, and optimized to support business continuity.
