Candidates must be able to report to the Columbia, South Carolina, worksite as required., ND Global Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior .NET Developer/System Software Programmer to serve as a technical project lead within a web application development team. The selected candidate will support the development and delivery of mission-critical public-sector applications, including Economic Services Re-Engineering initiatives and a Refugee Management System. The role requires extensive experience designing and implementing medium- to large-scale .NET applications, data-driven systems, web services, secure web applications, and scalable N-tier architectures.
