## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
 * Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred but not required.
 * 1-2 years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or related technical experience preferred.
 * Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and common computer hardware.
 * Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
 * Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between company locations.

## Description

* Provide first-level technical support for computers, printers, scanners, software, and user accounts.
 * Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Google Workspace, email, remote access, and common hardware issues.
 * Configure and deploy computers, monitors, printers, and other technology equipment.
 * Travel between pharmacy locations and contracted facilities to perform onsite support and equipment installations.
 * Maintain accurate equipment inventory and technical documentation.
 * Assist with workstation upgrades, technology projects, and equipment lifecycle planning.
 * Escalate complex server, network, and security issues to the Director of IT.
