Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Associate Director of Enterprise Applications - **Company:** Salve Regina University - **Location:** Newport, RI, United States (Remote available) - **Experience:** Experienced - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Agile Methodology, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Databases, Data Integration, Document Management Systems, IT Management, SQL Databases, Enterprise Software Applications, ServiceNow IT Service Management, Git, Information Technology, Software Version Control - **Published:** August 4, 2026 - **Apply:** https://jobs.chronicle.com/apply/38020610/associate-director-of-enterprise-applications?LinkSource=JobDetails ## About the Role * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field. * A minimum of five years of professional experience working with enterprise-level applications. * A minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience or significant experience leading large scale enterprise projects with team members and functional areas to success * Experience with agile project management methodologies * Candidate should exhibit knowledge and experience in the following: database management systems, enterprise application security, SQL query, programming concepts, secure data integration methods,, on premise and cloud-based enterprise system architecture., * Master's or advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. * More than five years of professional experience working with enterprise-level applications in a higher education environment. * More than two years of management/supervisory experience. * Two years+ of management/supervisory experience. * Knowledge of Ellucian Colleague and related enterprise systems is preferred. * Experience with Ellucian Ethos for data integration. * Experience with Touchnet OneCard ID card solution. * Experience using GIT for version control. * Experience writing data integrations between systems to help train team members. * Proven track record utilizing agile project management practices to successfully manage enterprise projects to launch on time, * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Detail oriented * Excellent oral and written communication skills at technical and non-technical levels. * Ability to provide exemplary service to our end-users and proactively seek opportunities for service improvement * Ability to maintain a positive attitude towards providing customer service and building relationships with users * Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with the ability to follow each to resolution * Ability to work effectively as a team member or independently as appropriate * Ability to collaborate with administrative users and Information Technologies staff members * Ability to provide reliable and dependable service during critical times of the University calendar ## Description This position is eligible for up to two days remote work per week, The Associate Director of Enterprise Applications will be a strategic partner to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications and a member of the Office of Information Technology Leadership Team.
