The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in .NET, Drupal, cloud technologies, DevSecOps, enterprise architecture, and full-stack application development. This role will lead technical planning, architecture, development, integrations, mentoring, and delivery while ensuring compliance with federal security and accessibility standards.
