 * Solid programming skills, proficient in Python/Golang/Java/C/C++.

 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to rapidly grasp engineering and product nuances.
 * Prior experience in large-scale system test development is preferred; familiarity with computational advertising or relevant test development experience is a strong plus.

## Description

Ads Quality and Efficiency Technology focuses on end-to-end quality assurance and technology-driven efficiency enhancement across the entire ads ecosystem, including Ad Manager, Delivery System, Review System, Conversion Measurement, and related infrastructure., * Participate substantively in test development initiatives for commercial monetization products.

 * Conduct business-oriented testing across Web and server-side products.
 * Track, analyze, and document issues identified during testing; oversee the bug resolution lifecycle by proactively collaborating with product managers and engineers to ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
 * Execute integration testing and system testing, along with automation and performance testing as required.
 * Drive and monitor the implementation of end-to-end project workflows, assess project risks, facilitate issue resolution, and safeguard overall product quality.
