Required * 4 years+ Backend REST services. * 4 years+ relational or no-sql databases. Distributed database design experience preferred. * Caching such as REDIS. * 2 years+ messaging queuing such as Kafka. * Must have CS principles + design patterns such as Gang of Four * 2+ years driving non-functional requirements for performance/load testing and scaling infrastructure. * Observability: logging + metrics * On-call experience 24/7 for high ownership on production issues. Operating with zero travel requirements, you will take deep ownership of our production environment, driving architectural decisions and performing non-functional requirements, and analyzing metrics to ship real-world products that directly empower shoppers nationwide.
