Basic understanding of dashboards and reporting tools, with the ability to use data to identify issues and drive improvements. Nice to Have Skills & Experience * Tableau (building and maintaining dashboards for leadership) * Google Looker * SQL * Scripting/automation experience * Relevant certifications (ITIL, Agile, IoT, etc.) Automotive or fleet management industry experience ## Description This individual will support client's Connected Truck and OTAP (Over-the-Air Programming) initiatives, serving as the technical owner for applications that enable vehicle connectivity, remote diagnostics, and software deployments. The role is roughly 60% application/service support and 40% data/reporting, with responsibilities including monitoring application performance, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating software rollouts, and ensuring data is flowing properly between trucks and PACCAR systems. They will also build and maintain dashboards (primarily in Tableau) to provide visibility into system health, operational performance, and issue trends. The Technical Application Manager will work closely with a team of 3-4 Data Analysts, along with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Success in the role will come from taking ownership of connected vehicle applications, proactively identifying and resolving issues, leveraging data to drive decisions, and serving as a key bridge between application support, telematics operations, and analytics teams.
