 * Nachweisbare Erfahrung in fachlicher Führung, moderieren von Workshops und Vorbereitung von Entscheidungen, verbunden mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit als Bindeglied zwischen Business und IT, Stakeholder-Management auf Segment-Ebene und der Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich zu präsentieren

## Description

* Analyse, Definition und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit Schwerpunkt Manufacturing, Engineering und Procurement sowie Gestaltung der Schnittstellen zwischen Business-Stakeholdern und IT-Service-Ownern inklusive Erstellung fachlicher und technischer Spezifikationen (BRD, FRS, Architecture Blueprints)
 * Entwicklung von Ziel- und Übergangsarchitekturen (TO-BE, AS-IS) für die gesamte Applikationslandschaft, Definition von Integrationsmustern, wie APIs, IDOCs, OData, REST, MQ und Sicherstellung der Non-Functional Requirements
 * Gesamtverantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung der Migration von SAPECC zu S/4HANA sowie Koordination von Change-Management, Cut-over- und Go-Live-Aktivitäten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Process Managern, Key-Usern, Infrastruktur- und Security-Teams
 * Etablierung von Architekturguidelines, Review-Prozessen und Qualitätsmetriken, Teilnahme an Steering Committees, Status-Reporting und Risikomanagement sowie Mentoring von JuniorArchitekten und Business-Analysten
 * Evaluierung neuer Technologien, wie Cloud, Edge, AI/ML im Kontext der Applikationslandschaft, Förderung von Best-Practice-Ansätzen (SAPActivate, DevOps, Agile) und kontinuierliche Unterstützung von Innovation und Prozessverbesserungen
